​With a nursing career spanning over 10 years in one of Melbourne’s leading metropolitan hospitals, Richwell has garnered an exceptional reputation highlighted by her compassionate nature, relentless drive and a sharp eye for detail. During her tenure, she developed a specialty in interventional radiology as a clinical nurse specialist where she learnt about anatomy and a wide range of complex and minimally invasive procedures. 

Richwell has always nurtured a creative flare and passion for the health and wellness industry, sparking her journey into the world of aesthetics in 2021. By working beside highly experienced cosmetic nurses and obtaining multiple certificates including fundamentals of skin, she was able to advance her experience and knowledge in the cosmetic industry while gaining hands on experience at one of Australia’s leading clinics. 

A believer in investing in yourself and an advocate for lifelong learning, Richwell continuously seeks opportunities to develop her skill set in order to provide the best care and results for her clients. Her mission is to prioritise her clients’ safety whilst meeting their goals and needs, whether that be to improve skin health, enhance natural beauty or help restore self-confidence.
